Do I need a tech person?
No. If you can take a photo and type your shop name, you can launch a zapper storefront. The whole setup is a guided form. If you ever get stuck we help over WhatsApp.
Where does the money go?
Straight into your bank. You bring your own Stripe / Razorpay / PayPal account; zapper is just the storefront and order pipeline. We never hold customer money, so we never need licences to process payments.
What does WhatsApp checkout actually look like?
The customer builds a basket on your storefront, taps 'Send order on WhatsApp'. WhatsApp opens with a pre-filled message — your shop name, every line item with quantity and price, the total, their address. You reply, confirm, deliver.
Can I use my own domain like myshop.com?
Yes. Inside the dashboard there's a Domain tab — add your domain, follow the DNS instructions, and your storefront serves on it with auto-renewing SSL. No extra fee.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time from the dashboard. Your storefront goes offline at the end of the current billing month and we keep your data for 90 days in case you come back. Export everything as JSON in one click.
Can I run multiple shops on one account?
Yes. One email, many businesses. Each shop has its own storefront, catalog, orders, and subscription. Pay the setup fee once per shop — never again.
Why ₹599 (or $25) a month?
It covers hosting, image processing, SMS / WhatsApp deliverability, support, and ongoing product improvements — every feature included, no app subscriptions on top. Priced so a small shop adds it as a line on their monthly utilities, not a budgeting decision. Monthly only — there's no annual plan or yearly lock-in, cancel any time from your dashboard.
Am I locked into a year if my business doesn't take off?
No. There's no yearly plan, no annual commitment, no minimum term. You pay ₹599 (or $25 USD) each month for as long as you use it. If business is slow after 2 or 3 months you click cancel — the next month doesn't bill, and your data stays exportable for 90 days in case you come back.
